After first beating off thousands of entrants from the Southern region to win the BBC South award on 2nd December, Margaret then went on to the national finals in Birmingham on 9th December. Margaret spent the day rubbing shoulders with many sporting great’s and was then presented with the 2007 sports personality unsung hero award live on BBC 1.
Congratulations to Margaret from all the players, coaches & committee members of Bardwell Football Club, we are all very proud of you.
